6th Annual Play4Day Golf Tournament & Silent Auction

Event Description

4Him2Day-Children's Cancer Resource Foundation and Darian's Gift is pleased to be holding our 6th Annual Play4Day Golf Tournament and Silent Auction to Benefit Local Families in Treatment for Childhood Cancer at Illahe Hills Country Club in South Salem on Friday, July 31st. 

The day will include an 18 hole scramble with many special contest holes including Long Drive, KP, Hole-in-One, Putting Contest and more.  All Golfers will receive green fees, range balls, cart, tee prizes, a BBQ lunch and Awards Dinner served by the restaurant at Illahe Hills Country Club.  Following the round of golf there will be a Silent Auction and Awards Dinner which will include a Raffle and Team and Individual Awards.

The Silent Auction is open to non-tournament participants with a reservation.  The cost to attend the Silent Auction and Awards Dinner is $40 per person for non-tournament participants.  Attendees will receive Dinner and may participate in the Silent Auction and Raffle.

This years raffle will feature TWO ITEMS-- A Traeger BBQ and a Bandon Dunes Gift Package including $150 to use at the Resort any way you wish.  Tickets are $5 each of 5 for $20.

Schedule of Events:

Friday, July 31, 2015

11:00 am Registration begins and range balls will be available to participants

11:30 am BBQ lunch will be available to all participants

12:45 pm Call to Carts for Rules and Announcement

 1:00 pm  Shotgun Start

 6:00 pm  Silent Auction and Awards Dinner Begin

Scoring/Prizes:

The tournament will be a four person scramble.  Each team selects the best shot from the tee through the last putt.  There will be prizes awarded for the top three gross scores, as well as individual prizes for Men and Women for the special contest holes.

Foursomes:

Teams will include four golfers.  For convenience we recommend that you bring a four member team to the tournament but it is not a requirement.  Individual golfers and incomplete teams are welcome to participate and we will fill teams as space allows.  Golfers/Teams will be accepted on a first paid basis..  Please register and pay prior to July 30th.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Any cancellations that are made prior to 12:00 am on July 24, 2015 will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 12:01am July 24, 2015 through 12:00am July 30, 2015 will receive a 50% refund.  There will be no refund for Day of Event Cancellations.
